Arnal joined Bed Bath & Beyond in May 2020 after previously working for Avon, Walgreens Boots Alliance, and Procter & Gamble.

Bed Bath & Beyond faces challenges. On August 31, the company announced the closure of its 150 stores and revealed a 20 percent reduction in its workforce.
