Country singer Luke Bell’s cause of death revealed

Nearly a month after Bell’s disappearance was reported, an autopsy report and backing up a toxicology examination confirmed that the country singer died of an accidental fentanyl overdose.

Bell was found unresponsive by a passerby in a parking lot in Tucson, Arizona, according to September 19 reports obtained by E! News. Drug paraphernalia were found at the scene.
