NeNe Leakes Put an end to her legal battle.
Previous The Real Housewives of Atlanta The star has dropped her discrimination lawsuit against Bravo, RHOA Executive Producer Andy Cohen And the production companies behind the reality franchise, according to court documents obtained by E! News.
“Leak hereby dismiss this action and all claims asserted by Leakes without prejudice, and therefore terminate this case before this court at this time,” the documents read. “All parties agree and provide for the preceding chapter. Neither party will seek recovery of costs or attorneys’ fees in any submission to this court.”
The lawsuit was initially filed in April — which also named NBCUniversal, True Entertainment, and Truly Original as defendants — alleging that the network had “promoted a corporate and workplace culture that allowed and tolerated — if not encouraged — racially aggressive behavior, insensitive statements, and the conduct of its employees.”
As part of the lawsuit, Leakes specifically dealt with the former RHOA Share in the star Kim Zolciak BermanHer alleged “racist insensitivity” behavior, although she was not included in the list of defendants.
