The honor comes after the UK branch of the NFL posted a tweet mourning the death of Queen Elizabeth II.

“Everyone in the UK NFL is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II,” it said on September 8. tweet. “Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with the royal family.”
